Specifications The small compensators are axial expansion joints, which are mainly applied in buildings and industrial piping systems. Their main element is the multiply stainless steel or bronze bellow. The compensator is equipped with an external protective pipe guide, preventing possible damage during installation, providing easy installation and attractive design. The inner sleeve, which is used, grants for the smooth flow of the medium and protects the bellow from deformations caused by high temperature and pressure. The small compensators are delivered pretensioned and ready for installation. This is achieved with the pretensioned ring with which the compensators are equipped. In low temperatures the overall length of the small compensator must not exceed the original one (pretensioned length). In high temperatures the length of the small compensator must not be less than the values mentioned at the tables (provided by Metalloviotechniki).
