Specifications
Washers are the most common machine spare parts. They are used in a wide range of applications such as sealing, insulation, gap adjustment, alignment etc. After their installation between the connecting parts there is an increase of the contact surface area, which prevents its plastic deformation. They also provide protection to those surfaces, which have been machined, grided and metal coated.

* Special presses & circular gasket cutters are used for the production of the washers. In case of a specific surface roughness demand, CNC laser cut or water jet machines are used. The protection of the washers is obtained by using suitable anti-corrosive materials and special packing. For the chemical treatment & anti-corrosive preservation of the washers, harmless to the environment materials, are used.
